Once the order is processed by the E-commerce and Logistic Department at 4Colouredskin who reserve the right to re-confirm the availability of the products, verify the transaction’s validity and check the Client’s record with 4colouredskin.com. Clients will be informed if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client’s request.
4Colouredskin shall be entitled to restrict multiple quantities of a product being shipped to any one customer or postal address. 4Colouredskin may accordingly limit the quantity of a single product that may be ordered in an order and may reject multiple separate orders for the same product.
Payment can be made securely online via our reputable payment partners available in your country. By submitting an order to us through our website you confirm and guarantee that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. All orders are generally dispatched the same day on receipt of payment. The shipping fee is calculated by our partner courier companies based on your delivery address. In an event whereby the delivery fee is not calculated when checking out, we shall send an invoice for the delivery fee before the order can be finalized.
We ship to all countries and states with Airport and Sea ports.
Duties & taxes in Nigeria are covered by 4Colouredskin and you will not be required to pay an additional fee before sending out your items. However, in a rare case where your country requires additional duties and taxes, kindly note you will be charged for that by the appropriate authorities.
If for any reason you decide to reject or refuse delivery of your order, you will be liable to cover the costs of the shipping and return to our warehouse and, any duties/customs charges associated with this.
Items are considered “faulty” if they do not conform to our quality standards, which require that items correspond to their description and be of satisfactory quality. If you receive faulty purchased products, you have the right, within 48 hours, to ask for adjustment or replacement, according to our judgment. All Items must be returned without any stain and must remain unused.Once you have received our confirmation to return your order, you may send it back. Your order will need to arrive with us within 10 days of receipt. All purchased products being returned must be sent back (including those being exchanged) in full, in their original condition, unused, undamaged, unsoiled, unaltered, and complete with all original 4Colouredskin packaging.All boxes, dust bags and all other things included in your purchase should be included within your return which is deemed part of the product.
